Welcome to Illulines Studio! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Illulines Studio / Illulines ApS. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services (website, online store, print-on-demand products, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access our Services.

These Terms apply to all purchases from our online store, including print-on-demand products fulfilled via our production partners.

Access and Account

  • You must be of legal age in your country to use our Services.

  • Any account information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activity under your account.

  • You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Our Products

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Fulfilled via our production partners. Colors, textures, and print details may vary slightly due to the nature of print-on-demand.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Orders

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products.

  • Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.

  • Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

  • Cancellation after order acceptance may not be possible due to production starting quickly.

  • Orders are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Prices and Billing

  • Prices are displayed in DKK (Danish Krone) as the default currency. Prices may vary depending on the customer’s country or location due to differences in VAT, local pricing rules, shipping costs, currency conversion, and applicable fees. The final price is always shown at checkout before payment is completed.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping, handling, VAT, and any applicable customs or import fees.

VAT, Customs & Import Duties

VAT – European Union (EU)

  • Illulines Studio is registered for Danish VAT (25%).

  • Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) include Danish VAT at 25% in the displayed price at checkout.

  • No customs duties or tariffs apply to shipments within the EU due to EU trade agreements.

Non-EU / International Orders

  • Orders shipped outside the EU do not include Danish VAT in the displayed price at checkout.

  • Non-EU orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, or handling fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Illulines Studio has no control over these charges and cannot estimate, prepay, or refund them.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by our production partner from a single production facility located in Denmark.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return policy on products that are not customized or made to order.

  • No returns are accepted for custom or made-to-order products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a print quality issue:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will contact our production partner to validate the claim.

  • If validated, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with Danish GDPR regulations.

  • Personal data is shared with our production partners solely for order fulfillment.

  • Use of the Services is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • We may provide access to third-party tools provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, tools, or transactions.

Relationship with Shopify

  • Our store is powered by Shopify.

  • Purchases are made directly with Illulines Studio.

  • Shopify is not responsible for products, orders, or customer service.

  • Any feedback you provide grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish it for any purpose, including commercial use.

  • You warrant that you have the rights to submit such feedback.
