Order Processing

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner from a facility in Denmark.

  • Orders typically take 1–6 business days to produce before shipping.
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 3–4 business days

  • EU countries: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are fixed based on your destination and are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU customers: VAT is included in the price at checkout.

  • Non-EU customers (Switzerland, Norway, UK) are not charged VAT at checkout. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or tariffs upon arrival.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices. Illulines Studio is not responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with print quality issues, please contact us first at illulines.studio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or print quality problem

Once we receive your message, we will validate the issue and coordinate with our production partner to:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible

Quality Issues Examples:

  • Blurry text or images

  • Ink smudges or print defects

We handle all communication with our production partner, so customers do not need to contact them directly.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
