Refund policy

14 Day Return Policy (Non-Custom Products)

We offer a 14-day return policy on products that are not customized or made to order.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unframed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:
Please email us at illulines.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and a brief reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized prints
  • Made-to-order products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Custom and made-to-order prints are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with print quality issues, please contact us first at illulines.studio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or print quality problem

Once we receive your message, we will validate the issue and coordinate with our production partner to:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible

Quality Issues Examples:

  • Blurry text or images

  • Ink smudges or print defects

We handle all communication with our production partner, so customers do not need to contact them directly.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Please use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund lost or untracked packages.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
