By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services (website, online store, products, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all purchases from our online store, including print-on-demand products shipped via Gelato from EU or Switzerland and handmade rugs shipped from Switzerland.

• You must be of legal age in your country to use our Services.
• Any account information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

• Print-on-Demand Items: Fulfilled via Gelato, colors/textures may vary slightly.
• Handmade Rugs: Made in Switzerland; slight variations in size, color, and pattern are normal.
• Product images are for reference only; actual products may differ.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities.

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.
• We must receive and process payment before accepting an order.
• Cancellations after acceptance may not be possible.
• Orders are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.

• Prices are in EUR and may change without notice.
• Taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees are additional and the customer's responsibility.
• Credit card and billing info must be accurate; you authorize us to charge your method of payment.

Print-on-Demand Prints (Gelato):

• EU shipping: VAT added at checkout via OSS; no customs.
• Switzerland & non-EU: Customs/VAT may apply.

Handmade Rugs (Switzerland shipping):

• Swiss customers: Swiss VAT (8.1%) applied.
• EU/international customers: Customs/VAT may apply.

Prints: Fulfilled via Gelato, which has production facilities in both the EU and Switzerland. Gelato will generally fulfill orders from a facility closest to the customer to avoid import fees.

• EU customers: Prints are fulfilled from an EU facility. VAT is applied at checkout via OSS. No customs or import fees apply.
  
• Swiss customers: Prints are fulfilled from a Swiss facility. Swiss VAT may apply at checkout. No customs or import fees apply.
  
• Other international customers: Prints may be fulfilled from the EU or Switzerland. Customs and import VAT may apply depending on the destination country.
  

Handmade Rugs: Shipped from Switzerland.

• Swiss customers: No extra charges.
  
• EU & non-EU customers: Customs and import VAT may apply upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.

• We collect and process personal data according to GDPR.
  
• Data shared with Printful and Swiss fulfillment partners for order processing only.

• Danish law applies to all orders.
  
• Any disputes that can not be resolved directly fall under the Danish courts' jurisdiction.
